3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Types: One-off purchases and recurring subscriptions.

  • Digital Products: All sales are final. By purchasing, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights under UK law. Refunds are only provided where required by law.

  • Subscriptions: Auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

  • Physical Merchandise: 14-day return window; items must be unused, in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping; delivery costs are non-refundable.

4.3 General Conduct

4.4 Prohibited Behaviour

  • Harassment, hate speech, scams, illegal activity (zero tolerance).

  • Security violations (hacking, malware).

4.5 Enforcement

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, scams, fraud, or illegal activity → immediate termination.

  • Other breaches → warnings, suspension, or ban at our discretion.

 

 

5. Affiliate & Partner Program

  • Affiliates must be 18+ and approved.

  • Commissions paid only on valid, non-refunded sales.

  • No misleading claims, spam, or misrepresentation.

  • Breach → suspension, termination, forfeiture of commissions.

 

 

6. Giveaways & Contests

  • Subject to these Terms + specific rules at the time.

  • No purchase necessary unless stated.

  • Eligible: 18+ (16–17 with parental consent), void where prohibited.

  • Prizes non-transferable; may be substituted.

  • Violations → disqualification.

  • Stamford Oakridge Ltd not liable for lost entries, technical issues, or disappointment.

  • Promotions may be modified or cancelled if necessary.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, tools, EAs, AI software, strategies, and branding are owned by Stamford Oakridge Ltd or licensors.

  • Users granted personal, non-transferable licence only.

  • No copying, resale, reverse-engineering, or commercial use without consent.

  • User content licence: you retain ownership, but we may use it worldwide, royalty-free, perpetually.

  • Breaches may result in suspension, legal action, or financial claims.

 

 

8. Community & User Content

  • Users responsible for all posted content.

  • Prohibited: unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, malicious, spam, scams, fake trading results.

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, scams, or illegal activity → immediate ban.

  • Stamford Oakridge Ltd may monitor, edit, or remove content at its discretion.

  • Reporting abusive content encouraged via contact@stamfordoakridge.com.

 

 

9. Risk & Disclaimers

  • Trading Risk: All trading involves risk; past performance ≠ future results. You trade at your own risk.

  • No Financial Advice: Services are educational and informational only; not personalised investment advice.

  • AI Tools & Automation: Tools may be inaccurate or unreliable; do not replace independent judgment.

  • Earnings Disclaimer: No guarantees of profit or success; results vary by user.

  • Mentorship & Self-Passing Services: No guarantees of passing evaluations or outcomes.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, fraud, harassment, scams, or illegal activity (zero tolerance).

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Stamford Oakridge Ltd not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities from using Services.

  • Liability capped at amounts paid by the user in the 12 months prior to a claim.

  • Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

 

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
